Acceptable Use & Security Policy

Rules that protect customers, transactions, rewards, and the STEWAMPLUS platform from misuse.

Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Accounts may be suspended or restricted where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, a security threat, or a violation of applicable terms.

Prohibited activity

  • Accessing another person’s account or restricted administration functions.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing controls, interfering with operation, or uploading malware.
  • Submitting fraudulent orders or manipulating payment confirmations.
  • Abusing promotions, referrals, loyalty rewards, support channels, or reviews.
  • Using the platform for unlawful activity.

Protecting your account

Keep passwords and authentication details confidential. STEWAMPLUS support and automated assistance will not request your password, M-Pesa PIN, OTP, or other confidential authentication credentials.

AI support disclosure

Automated assistance may help with product discovery, general questions, order and service information, FAQs, basic troubleshooting, and support-ticket creation. Responses may require human verification.

Automated support must not request confidential credentials, reveal supplier-confidential or internal profit information, issue unauthorised refunds, or make unauthorised administrative changes. Sensitive or complex matters should be escalated to authorised human support.
