Accepted methods

STEWAMPLUS may offer payment methods configured and supported by the platform, including M-Pesa and other supported digital options. Available methods may change over time and are displayed during the applicable payment journey.

Verification

Initiating a payment does not make an order paid. The platform must receive and verify a successful result from the applicable provider before updating the order as paid.

Payment security

Complete payment only through the official interface shown by STEWAMPLUS Commerce Hub or an authorised payment provider.

  • We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN.
  • We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN, password, or authentication code through ordinary support channels.
  • Report suspected duplicate transactions with the relevant order and payment reference.
