Products may be fulfilled by different local or international suppliers depending on the product. The customer-facing order may be coordinated by STEWAMPLUS while a third party performs part or all of fulfilment.

Available methods depend on the product, supplier, destination, and logistics provider.

Tracking
Where available, customers may receive a tracking number, carrier information, shipment status, or delivery updates. Tracking depends on the logistics provider.
Estimates and delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays may result from supplier processing, international transport, customs, weather, courier issues, address problems, public disruption, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
